Named in honour of Jorg Gartelmann’s uncle Wilhelm, this Shiraz is from an absolute standout vintage in the Hunter Valley.
In the glass: Medium density red.
On the nose: Bright, lifted red berry, pepper and spice.
On the palate: A dense, rich dark berry and currant core with amazing vibrancy and layers of plum, spice and charry oak. Mouth-watering and long with soft, velvety tannins.
