Glenhope wines, including this Cabernet, are produced from fruit sourced from the prestigious Virgin Hills vineyard in the Macedon Ranges, which was planted in 1968.
Fresh blackcurrant, white pepper spice, clove, mint and vanillin oak aromas characterise the nose of this bright red purple coloured Cabernet. It’s a rich, inky red with loads of varietal cassis, firm, youthful tannins and great flavour length. Very youthful at the moment, but will soften in the medium term.
