A classic Margaret River blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc with 30% Semillon, with the added depth and complexity of partial barrel fermentation.
Pale straw. Aromas of fresh citrus, stonefruit, tropical fruit and lemon drops. Fresh and layered, with grapefruit, yuzu and white peach, notes of lemon-lime splice, chamomile tea and grilled nuts, bright acidity and a long, complex finish.
