This is Grant Burge's first release of Prosecco and it doesn't disappoint. Very true-to-style, it's bright & fresh with lovely refreshing acidity throughout.
Very pale with a green hue. Jasmine, pear, green apple and white nut. Vibrant and fresh with a supple mix of yellow, green and white fruit, creamy texture, nervous acidity and a long flavour impression.
