This bottle fermented Pinot Noir Chardonnay Rosé is made from fruit grown in the elevated cool climate regions of the Adelaide Hills, Alpine Valley, and Eden Valley.
Pale pink with a fine bead. Alluring nose of strawberry, briar, herb and potpourri. Glossy and soft red berry fruits, with lovely texture and mouthfeel, underlying yeasty complexity, fresh acidity, and a hint of anise to finish.
