A genetic mutation of Pinot Noir, Pinot Bianco is a popular variety in parts of Europe, and is becoming increasingly popular here in Australia. A lovely food wine.
Pale gold. Lifted and savoury aromas of dried apricot and tropical fruit. Plush and juicy, with a sweet core of guava, citrus and stonefruit, grapefruit-like acidity to balance, creamy mouthfeel, and a flavoursome finish.
