Haddow & Dineen is a collaborative winemaking project from cheesemaker, Nick Haddow, and winemaker, Jeremy Dineen with the aim to make small batches of distinctive Tasmanian wines.
Pale ruby. Subtle aromas of red berry, white mushroom and black tea. Shows latent power, with a silken texture and varietal charm, a fine mix of red berry, Italian bitters and five spice, gentle tannins, juicy acidity and persistence.
