This Sparkling is a blend of 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It's a richly-flavoured, bold Sparkling style making it an excellent choice with richer food.
Medium straw with a gold fleck. Bread shop, preserved lemon, dried apple and mushroom aromas. Full-bodied with a generous core of stonefruit and sourdough, a rich mealy layer, creamy mousse and mouthfeel and a long, savoury finish.
