In the winery: Each grape varietal was picked, fermented and matured separately in seasoned French and American oak barrels for nine months before careful barrel selection to maximise expression of each variety.
In the glass: Medium red black.
On the nose: Super-ripe powerhouse with black cherry, liquorice and chocolate cake.
On the palate: Masses of fruit with mouth-filling velvety harmony. Super-soft yet multi-layered with fruit density, extract and lovely oak spice on to the long, satisfying finish.
