The majority of Sparkling Red's tend to be made from Shiraz, however Hollick craft their example from estate-grown Merlot, and this soft and plummy drop is the result.
Deep, dark red with a soft bead. Raspberry, mulberry and cedar aromas. Medium-weight yet very flavoursome, with a rich core of red berry fruit, notes of crushed herbs, earth and leather, mocha-like oak and a plummy finish.
