In 2006 Hollick planted what they thought was the Spanish grape Albariño, however it was discovered three years later that the cuttings were the French grape Savagnin.
Vibrant, pale and bright. Lifted and refined aromas of white peach, pear and lemon. Juicy and rich yet tightly-wound with layers of lemon, green apple and nashi, fresh acidity and slatey minerality, and umami saltiness on the complex finish.
