In 2006 Hollick planted what they thought was the Spanish grape Albariño, however it was subsequently discovered that the cuttings were the French grape Savagnin.
Pale with a green hue. Lemon, lime and dried herb aromas. Very moreish and mouth-watering, with vibrant acidity, layers of lemon zest, beeswax and vanilla biscuit, and a long, clean finish. A lovely example of the variety.
