A blend of Chardonnay, Semillon and Verdelho from the Upper Hunter, that was inspired by the whites of Bordeaux, and is an excellent opportunity to taste something unique.
Pale golden yellow. Apple, yellow peach, preserved lemon and bees wax aromas. Full-bodied, rich and creamy, with lashings of lemon, grapefruit white peach and guava, still-fresh acidity and a dry, savoury finish. Drinking well.
