Hope Estate know Verdelho as well as anyone in the Hunter Valley, and with wines like this ripe 2019 expression, it's not hard to appreciate the results.
Pale and bright. Bright lift of apricot, lemon zest and citrus blossom. Plush and juicy with an almost viscous texture and a rich core of stonefruit, marmalade and banana, all balanced by refreshing acidity on the creamy finish. Very varietal.
