Howard Park attributes the array of varietal expressions in its Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon to the “subtle climatic differences (that) exist over the five physiographic regions and 15 diverse land form systems of the Leeuwin Naturaliste area.”
Pale lemon with a green hue, this 2013 vintage has a complex nose of preserved lemon, gooseberry, flint and gun smoke. Elegant and seamless, the palate has a long pure line of gooseberry and grapefruit, a lovely leesy complexity, classy oak and excellent acidity, length, texture and freshness.
