Howard Park Riesling 2017

Howard Park have been producing Rieslings from Great Southern for over 30 years, and this one is a blend of the finest free run juice from select vineyards in the Mt. Barker subregion.
 
In the winery: A blend of the finest cut of free run juice from select vineyards in the Mt. Barker and Porongurup subregions, it underwent a long, cold fermentation to preserve the regional characters.
In the glass: Bright, positive lemon green.
On the nose: Hints of sea spray and light florals over fine citrus.
On the palate: A bright, energetic Riesling with slatey minerality and free-run purity, pristine lime-like acidity and crisp length. A beautiful regional expression.
