Fruit for this single vineyard 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from Howard’s Block 7 in the Adelaide Hills, with a small percentage of Cabernet Franc added to express varietal characteristics.
This deep, dense red black coloured Cabernet presents an exotic mix of blackberry, cassis, licorice, warm spice and cedary oak aromas. The deluxe palate of richly concentrated black fruits is underpinned by dense, yet velvety tannin power. An iron fist in a velvet glove - classic Adelaide Hills Cabernet.
