Soft pink in the glass. Rose water, cherry, pink grapefruit and lime aromas. Tight, dry and minerally with a zippy mouthfeel mouth-watering acidity, wet rock, green apple, lime and lemon notes, and a dry, savoury finish. Dangerously drinkable!
