The cool 2021 vintage allowed intensely aromatic fruit to be harvested with great natural acidity, resulting in a wine with terrific generosity and drive. Just a baby.
Very pale and bright. Fragrant nose of kaffir lime, lemongrass, lemon juice and Sunlight soap. Light-bodied and pure, with tightly-wound acidity driving the citrus fruit core, fabulous tension and length and classically varietal cut grass to finish.
