The Mount Edelstone Shiraz recently celebrated 60 vintages and Stephen Henschke says it is, “arguably the oldest single vineyard wine made in Australia.” The elegant 2010 vintage has earthy layers of sour cherry, sweet plum and blackberry with fine, velvety tannins and high quality oak. The Julius Riesling is named in honour of Stephen Henschke’s great-uncle Julius and is crafted from 100% Eden Valley fruit. The 2013 vintage is zesty and youthful with pure lime and river stone and a precise vein of refreshing acidity.
