Made in a bright, fruit-forward style, the Il Cattivo Prosecco is a beautifully easy-drinking Sparkling, with a nod to the variety's Italian roots.
Pale with a green hue. Positive aromas of melon, pear and kitchen spice. Quite complex, with a soft mouthfeel, layers of white and yellow fruit, persistent bead, savoury acidity, and a glossy note of candied honey to finish.
