Winemaker Scott McCarthy is somewhat of a Sauvignon Blanc expert after spending four years in New Zealand’s Marlborough region as well as two vintages in France working with the variety. It is pale lemon straw in the glass with lifted tropicals, capsicum and cut grass notes. Plush and juicy, it has a terrific core of tropical fruit, supple acidity and a long, savoury persistence.
