Jim Irvine established his eponymous brand in 1983 with a vision to create world class wines from his 20 acre Springhill vineyard in the Eden Valley.
Fine straw with a green hue. Elegant but positive aromas of pear juice, yellow apple, musk and sea spray. Palate follow on from the nose with glossy richness of pear and apple, mouth-watering acidity, underlying minerality, and a long finish.
