Irvine Spring Hill Savagnin 2012

Jim and Majorie Irvine tasted their first Savagnin in Zurich in 1995 and were immediately smitten. They now make their own and their love affair continues – try their soft, delicate 2012 vintage and you’ll be head over heels too!
 
This delicious Eden Valley drop appears bright pale yellow with lifted minerally aromas over citrus and pear. Its seamless palate shows white stone fruit, apple and pear flavours with a zesty acid structure and savoury saltiness that holds the soft, delicate texture all the way through to the finish.
