Cabernet is one of Padthaway's top-performing varieties, and as Padthaway's climate is warmer than its neighbour Coonawarra, the wines show lovely youthful richness.
Deep red. Blackcurrant, cassis, spice, flint and ironstone. Beautifully powerful with solid and deep black fruits throughout, wonderfully integrated tannins and velvety oak support. An appealing and gentle style with serious depth.
