Winemaker Richard Done has crafted a lovely modern pink wine using a clever blend of Hunter Valley Sangiovese and Pinot Gris. A classy example of the style.
Pale pink with a green hue. Very fine, savoury aromas of red apple, pear, pomegranate, musk and spice. Quite pretty and light-on-its-feet, with a delicious mix of white and pink fruit, gentle balancing acidity and a refreshing finish.
