The inaugural release of this wine from Juniper, it's a great example of Cabernet's ability to be powerful yet finely-structured and elegant at the same time. Superb.
Deep ruby purple. Expressive dark fruit, cassis, toast and exotic spices. Intense blackberry, blackcurrant and plum, fine-grained tannins, hints of baked earth, cassis, espresso and graphite, and lovely charry oak. Layered and long - decant.
