The Middle Hill Shiraz is sourced from the middle hill of the K1 vineyard. A brilliant rendition of cool climate shiraz from the first vineyard in the Kuitpo sub-region.
Deep, dark red. Plum, mulberry, cedar, black pepper and new leather. Elegant and medium to full-bodied, with lashings of red fruit, surprisingly gentle tannins despite the fruit concentrated, amaro and liquorice, and a long, complex finish.
