In the winery: This blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Malbec was partly fermented (25%) in new French oak, then matured in oak for a further 18 months.
In the glass: Full, deep red to brick.
On the nose: Dark currant, cassis and plum.
On the palate: Relatively mature with soft layers of blackcurrant and spice, touches of dried herb, fine tannins and cedary complexity.
