Knappstein Shiraz 2021

Knappstein is one of the oldest wineries in the Clare Valley, made famous by the great Tim Knappstein. The wines are not only well-made, but offer fantastic value.
Deep,  dark red. Blackberry, plum, cranberry, black olive and charcuterie. Medium to full-bodied, with a concentrated mix of red and blue fruit, well-integrated spicy oak, hints of mocha, pepper and crushed herbs, fine tannins and a rich, juicy finish.
