This is a great example of the riper, more textural style of Gris, which tend to be closer to the wines from Alsace in France, and make excellent food wines.
Vibrant pale lemon. Complex nose of pear, grilled lime and cashew. Rich, full-flavoured and textural with lashings of white stonefruit and white melon, supple acidity and creamy mouthfeel, and hints of jasmine and marzipan on the juicy finish.
