The Adelaide Hills is a bit of a hot bed for these pale and savoury Rosé styles, and this Nebbiolo-based example is a mouth-watering food wine.
Pale onion skin. Strawberry husk, cranberry, charcuterie and white pepper. Bright and vibrant with great flavour drive and shape, hallmark Nebbiolo tannin and acidity and a mouth-watering mix of peppery red berry fruit. A very savoury Rosé.
