Following a tough 2020 vintage, 2021 in the Adelaide Hills was superb. Sauvignon Blanc was a highlight, and Lambrook's winemaker Adam Lampit has taken full advantage.
Bright pale straw colour. Lifted lemon, nectarine and apple on the nose. Bright citrus and green apple fruit with light grassy undertones, good depth and intensity, fine acidity and excellent flavour persistence.
