Longleat Seventy Shiraz 2016

Longleat is a picturesque vineyard planted on the west bank of the Goulburn River near Murchison in Central Victoria.
 
In the glass: Deep, dark red.
On the nose: Smokey, meaty, earthy notes of ripe dark berry fruit.
On the palate: Elegant yet intense with a fine mix of dark fruit, fresh oak and cedary complexity. Acid and tannin balance is terrific giving great flavour persistence with green olive and charcuterie notes chiming in on the finish.
