Winemaker, Phil Christiansen sourced fruit from maritime influenced blocks around the Vale area of South Australia’s Port Willunga to craft this generous Shiraz.
In the glass: Vibrant dark red.
On the nose: Spicy dark fruit and cedar oak.
On the palate: Spicy, intense and very savoury with an abundance of plummy fruit, yet with meaty, peppery complexity giving great drinkability. Youthful and will only improve in the medium term.
