Macaw Creek Organic Cabernet Shiraz 2022

This supple, organically certified red, from a boutique family winery in the Gilbert Valley, between Clare and the Barossa, is crafted using fruit from the Limestone Coast.
Deep ruby colour. Lifted aromas of fresh dark berries,  fruit mince pie and wood smoke. Quite full-bodied, with a generous mix of blackberry, mulberry and blackcurrant, notes of cedar, cassis and plum pudding, deep yet fine tannins, and toasty supporting oak.
