Derek Hooper has crafted the Cape Jaffa Block 7 Shiraz 2018 exclusively for Wine Selectors. Made using fruit sourced from South Australia's Limestone Coast regions of Wrattonbully and Mt Benson, it’s quite rich, with a generous mix of red and black fruit, notes of cedar, black pepper and bay leaf, fine savoury tannins and a hint of black olive on the juicy finish.
