In the winery: Partial carbonic maceration with a percentage of stalks took place, before the wine was matured in a mixture of one and two-year-old barriques for 14 months.
In the glass: Vibrant dark red.
On the nose: Fresh, spicy berry lift.
On the palate: Deep, ripe flavours of dark plum, currant and mulberry, chocolatey oak with spice and dried herb notes, earthy and a textural finish.
