This Hunter Valley Shiraz is drinking beautifully now with five years bottle age, but has the potential to keep developing for another five years.
 
Full red in the glass, this standout Shiraz features a nose full of smoke, leather, currant and cassis aromas. Layers of spice, pepper and red fruits feature on the palate, which has a ripe core of elegant red fruit flavours and savoury length. Medium weight in a classic Hunter Valley style – a keeper.
