In the winery: Following a cool fermentation, the wine was given one month on lees to
develop further texture and complexity.
In the glass: Pale lemon green.
On the nose: Lime blossom, light stonefruit, lemon and apple.
On the palate: Loads of green and yellow
fruit depth with a lively backbone of acidity, freshness, and energy and chalky persistence.
