A trophy-winning Rosé at the Australian Cool Climate wine show in 2019. A textbook modern Rosé, being light-bodied yet with plenty of flavour.
Pink to onion skin. Rich aromas of red apple, pear, rockmelon and rose water. Flavoursome with fresh citrussy acidity driving the core of strawberry, grapefruit, charcuterie and dried herbs, good balance of fruit and savoury notes and a dry finish.
