Each year the Mitchells leave a portion of their Semillon fruit on the vine in the hope that the elusive noble rot will develop, and 2018 was one such year.
Pale lemon gold. Grilled pineapple, peach, lime and jasmine perfume. Sweet stonefruit, candied peel and honey with tangy citrus acidity, vibrant yet luscious mouthfeel, and good balance of fruit and acid lingering on the long finish.
