Fruit is sourced from the southern end of McLaren Vale, then matured in old oak to let the deep yet bright fruit flavours shine, making it a great barbeque all-rounder.
Inky red purple. Youthful black cherry, blackcurrant, pepper, anise and cedar. Intense dark berry fruit in a full-bodied style with savoury tannin depth, lovely complexity, and a persistent finish. An excellent example of the variety.
