Fidium comes from the Latin word meaning 'attuned', which is what producing these wines is all about - attuned with the vineyard, and expressive of terroir.
Pale to medium yellow. Peach, pineapple, oatmeal, spun honey and buttered pop corn aromas. A bold and expressive style, with a generous mix of yellow and orange fruit, lovely nutty complexity, toasty vanillin oak and a textural finish.
