Fidium comes from the Latin word meaning 'attuned', which is what producing these wines is all about - attuned with the vineyard, and expressive of terroir.
Bright green straw. Aromas of nectarine and pineapple, with hints of ozone, river rock and barrel spice. Very classy, with yellow fruit richness throughout, terrific balance and length, complex leesy notes, fresh acidity and savoury toasty oak.
