Margaret River is one of the few regions in the country that has persisted with Chenin Blanc, a variety that is now seeing a bit of a resurgence, and with good reason!
Pale and bright. Lifted aromas of struck match, poached pear, bees wax and lemongrass. Textural and flavoursome, with bright acidity giving balance, line and length, a core of spun honey and tree fruit, and a touch of white pepper to finish.
