A very small Hunter producer delivering wines of power and sophistication. The Honeytree vineyard is now owned by Mount Eyre, of Three Ponds fame.
Mid-crimson purple. Brooding plum, cocoa, black forest cake, five spice and toasty oak. Rich and full entry, with plush and velvety dark plum flavours, and a generous lick of cocoa and vanilla essence, silky tannins, and a flavoursome finish.
