A long and layered Shiraz from the warm 2016 vintage, with excellent flavour intensity, in the tradition of the Mt Monster style. A multiple gold medal winner.
Deep ruby. Expressive mix of dark berries, spices and baked earth. Full-bodied and intense blackberry and dried blueberry with hints of pepper, charcuterie, wood smoke and graphite adding complexity, fine-grained tannins and crisp acidity.
