Aldo is named after winemaker Steven Baraglia's father. The fruit for this wine is from a small 80 year old vineyard in the Barossa that Aldo has tended his whole life.
Deep, dark red. Plum and mulberry fruit lift with background toasty oak. Ripe and jubey, supple and fleshy, with plummy fruit sweetness, hints of raspberry jube, smoked meats and cracked pepper, and a long, flavoursome and varietal finish.
