Ninth Island Sparkling Rosé NV

This wine was a favourite for all the Tasting Panel – its excellent balance of sweet and savoury makes it a great value Sparkling!
 
In the glass: Vibrant pale pink with a salmon hue.
On the nose: Refined lift of lemon peel, watermelon, cherry and cranberry.
On the palate: Intense, vibrant and generous with a creamy mouthfeel and lovely ripe red fruit depth, fine acidity and crisp fruit persistence. Shows excellent balance of sweet and savoury characters.
